There is no other place in the world that offers magic ocean views, a relaxed atmosphere, delicious in house catering, an open bar and a place to appreciate our four legged best friends.

We have three options available to suit all business types:

1) Commercial Exhibitor Booth   Cost: $750 (incl GST) for full weekend (double booths available)

3.3m(L) x 2.5m(W) 2.04m(H) Modular exhibition booth covered in quality, velcro-compatible, light blue frontrunner material with electrical, lighting and fascia signage


2) Single Bare Booth                 Cost: $400 (incl GST) for full weekend

We invite you to make your space your own with branded gazebos signage and table clothes. 

Stall holders must provide own equipment and infrastructure to suit a 3m x 3m space.

3) BYO Table                            Cost: $250 (incl GST) for full weekend

Perfect for small pet related businesses! We invite you to bring along a 1.2m trestle table and make the space your own.


*All exhibiting businesses are to be present on both event days

All businesses participating in the event are required to have Public Liability Insurance of minimum $10 million valid from the date move-in through to the end of move-out. A copy of your insurance is required to be presented upon booking.


What does the exhibitor fee include?

This Expo is very different from your typical weekend market. We offer a very exclusive and premium event to showcase the art of dog grooming and pet focussed products and services. You don’t just receive a space on the day – you get so much more!

We want to help promote and grow your business so we will constantly promote you. 

* Allocated stall space

* Marketing and PR as follows:

  • A listing of your business on The Pup Cup Dog Grooming Competition & Expo website  ‘Expo’ page of this website. You will need to supply: a logo or picture, contact information, Facebook page/website details and a brief outline of your business. (this will be filled out on the booking form)

  • The listings will be updated around 4-6 weeks prior to the event and will remain on the website for approx. 6-8 weeks after the event you have booked for.

  • Exhibitor shout-outs on The Pup Cup Dog Grooming Competition & Expo Facebook page.

  • Press releases sent out to local media advertising the event

  • Distribution of flyers at local vets, dog grooming salons and pet supplies

  •  An opportunity to provide a 10 minute presentation on the PUP CUP stage within the exhibition area
